I found a fun and super simple free pattern for these little birdies at Spool. Check out that incredible bird mobile! It is a great way to use up fabric scraps and they are so easy to make. It takes me about 20 minutes to make one bird, from start to finish. These are filled with kapok and lavender. I imagined these as fun sachets or little friends for my niece and nephew. With a little loop stitched on top they could be door knob hangers for the closet or bedroom, or even tree ornaments.
